Royal Queen Seeds’ Take on the Cookies Line

Royal Cookies is an indica-dominant release from Royal Queen Seeds, given as roughly 80% indica and 20% sativa. The sources agree it sits in the Cookies family and disagree on the exact parents.

Grow Diaries says it was bred from two standout Forum Cookies S1 plants, which is the more specific claim. Strainelite instead lists Girl Scout Cookies as the parent and calls the strain RQS’s interpretation of GSC genetics. Those are compatible in spirit, since Forum Cut is a GSC phenotype, but they are not the same statement and we have not found RQS’s own breeding note to settle it.

Potency

The figures are unusually consistent here. Grow Diaries lists 22% typical with a maximum of 23% and CBD at 0.2%. Strainelite gives 22% THC. A third guide puts it in the low to mid twenties.

Agreement across independent listings is worth more than any single number, so 22% is a figure we would plan around rather than treat as marketing.

Growing

Growers report 8 to 10 weeks flowering and yields up to about 525 g/m² indoors. Grow Diaries gives the terpene order as caryophyllene, then myrcene, then limonene, which fits the sweet and doughy Cookies character rather than a citrus-forward one.
