Welcome to Weedpedia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the weedpedia.ca website ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age Restriction

  • Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Acknowledge that Weedpedia may moderate, edit, or remove User Content at its sole discretion without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation
  • Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
  • Promote illegal activity or the sale of cannabis outside legal channels
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, user accounts, or computer systems
  • Use the Site for commercial solicitation or spam without our written consent
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
