What Strawberry Gorilla Is

Strawberry Gorilla is an autoflowering cannabis strain from Fast Buds, built from Gorilla Glue #4 Auto F6 crossed with Strawberry Pie Auto F5. It won a gold medal at the first American Autoflower Cup in California, which is a genuine competitive result rather than a marketing claim.

Potency

This one has an actual tested figure: 28.417% THC with 29.86% total cannabinoids. Fast Buds’ own listing says up to 27%, and a refined RF3 release lists 29%. For an autoflower those are remarkable numbers: autos historically traded potency for speed, and this cultivar is part of why that trade-off is no longer assumed.

Balance

Listed at 55% sativa to 45% indica, with the later RF3 selection skewing the other way at 60/40 indica. The two releases are not identical plants.

Growing Strawberry Gorilla

Seed listings give about ten weeks from germination with indoor yields of 450–600 g/m²: vendor figures rather than independent ones. Autoflowering, so it does not need a light-cycle change.
