Frosted Flakes

Two Different Plants Share This Name

Frosted Flakes is not one cultivar. At least two unrelated lines circulate under the name, and the sources do not agree on which is the original.

Leafly lists it as an indica-dominant hybrid of Miracle Alien Cookies and NH3, attributed to Taylormade Selections. Seeds Here Now and Grow Diaries both give an entirely different cross, Pre-98 Bubba Kush and White Bubba. These are not variations on one recipe. They share no parent.

We have not found a breeder source that settles it, so this page does not pick one. If you are buying, the breeder name on the package tells you more than the strain name does.

Potency

Reported figures sit in the high teens to low twenties. Grow Diaries lists 19%. Seeds Here Now advertises 25% to 30% in its product listing while its own description says the strain averages around 19%, which is a useful illustration of the gap between a marketing range and a grower’s figure.

The 19% figure appears in two independent places and is the one we would plan around.

What We Could Not Confirm

No lab certificate, no breeder-published terpene profile, and no flowering or yield data we would stand behind. The effect and flavour notes above come from retail descriptions, which are promotional rather than measured.

Why This Page Exists

Three strains in our catalogue name Frosted Flakes as a parent, so it is a documented part of their lineage even though the plant itself is poorly recorded.
