The Law in Canada

Health Canada is plain about it: the production, sale and possession of magic mushrooms are illegal in Canada unless authorized by Health Canada. There are no approved therapeutic products containing psilocybin, in Canada or anywhere else.

Legal access exists only through three routes: clinical trials, Health Canada's Special Access Program, and individual exemptions under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Mushroom products sold by online shops, including those listed here, are not part of any of them.

The active ingredients are psilocybin and psilocin. Health Canada says effects appear within 15 to 45 minutes and usually last four to six hours.
